Square Enix has released a massive demo for its best-selling JRPG, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition.
The publisher reckons it’ll take up to ten hours to complete “depending on how you play,” which I presume includes taking on all of the side quests and really taking in its world.
If you see the demo through to the end, you’ll be pleased to hear that your progress carries over into the full game – along with a bonus item which Square is keeping under wraps, so you’ll have to find out for yourself exactly what that is!
So, if you were on the fence before, there should be more than enough in this free trial for you to get your bearings and decide whether it’s worth an investment in the full game.
